Default Increase Alliance faction cap

How about increasing the Luxon/Kurzick faction cap for maybe 5k or more for each title? eg. 15k for 'Friend of the...', 20k for 'Ally of the...', and so on just like how it is with Balthazar faction.

Not really needed and unneccessairy, but helps with faction infusions and/or reducing the number of times you gotta "dump"
